What grades will we square up?
All tool steel grades in stock including cold work, hot work, plastic mold and prehardened Utility Steels.
What tolerances?
All dimensions ground and milled to within .005”, repeatability of dimension within .002”, and flat square and parallel within .002’. We can customize your blocks to your requirements.
How long will it take?
Typically 5-7 days depending on the size of the job. Are there any size limitations? We would prefer thicknesses over 1” thick and a weight per piece greater than 10 lbs.
